This unique tub converts easily from a newborn tub to a full sized toddler tub by a manipulating a unique flexible over molded basin that produces two different geometries. The product also features a snap on lid that allows the tub to be used as a step stool and also allows items to be stored in the tub when not in use. The storage shelves on either side of the tub have an overflow safety feature built into it that allows fresh water to be added without overfilling for cleaner bathing.

My task was to design a two sided tub and my invention was creating the geometry utilizing a flexible bladder that coverts the tub for infant or toddler use. I was responsible for all aspects of design and data development for this product including some of the final engineering.

ComforTemp™ Infant Bather features several modes for bathing infants. The geometry allows the infant to be bathed in warm water or to be rinsed in clean water. The product separates into two parts for easy cleaning.

I conceived and developed all aspects of the design of this product and built all of the pre engineering data. 

The Seat Guardian™ provides seat protection and safety for traveling toddlers. The Dual Grip inserts snap into the overmolded main body to minimize unwanted car safety seat movements.

I was responsible for all aspects of the design and data development of this product.

The Smart Shade™ is a window shade that attaches to the ledge of the car door and can roll up and down automatically when the window height is adjusted. 

My task was to design all aspects of the product, including data development, prior to production.

The Stretch-to-Fit™ Sun Shade is a highly customizable car window shade that can stretch and almost double in size to fit many automobile windows. The product features Push-Lock suction cup mechanisms that keep the shade securely in place. I designed and developed all aspects of this product.

This product allows toddlers to be transported while traveling in a safe and convenient way. The design features auto deploy wheels and folds up flat for easy storage.

My responsibilities included preliminary design and data development of the product as well as directing the preliminary and final engineering with outside engineering resources.

This product features a thermoformed frame for a safe and soft look. The dual mode LED light system provides a check light mode and softer night light mode. The mirror also plays five songs to help soothe baby. I designed and developed all preliminary data for this product.

This travel bassinet is a light and durable design with a rigid frame that folds up flat for easy transporting. I invented and developed the geometry and styling and invented the rigid folding frame construction.

The Sensory Gym is a product that aids children’s development, offering a unique and luxurious space for play.

This highchair features a front handle height adjustment to make it easier for parents to change the seat height. I designed the conceptual aspects of this highchair for Dorel as a consultant.

This playard has a removable changing area and storage shelf.  I designed the conceptual aspects of this playard for Dorel as a consultant.

The Safety 1st Pop Up Infant Tub is a patented fold flat tub that was designed in collaboration with Fuzion Design and Safety 1st. I developed all of the preliminary data for this product. 

I invented and designed the 1-2-3 Bike which is a blow molded bicycle with a patented training wheel system that helps teach kids to balance and ride a 2 wheeler.

The design of the Playskool Racer features an internal chain drive inside a blow molded main body.

The Playskool Trike is a blow molded trike with a built in storage trunk.

This was a freelance project completed for Fuzion Design. The product design was a collaboration between Playskool and the Fuzion design team. I was responsible for all pre engineering mechanism and data development.

Mattel Pooh's Bedtime Lantern, Mattel Toss & Tickle Me Elmo, Playmate Toys Talking Potty Dotty, Mattel CPK Brushin' Teeth Baby are independent product ideas that I invented which were produced by these companies.
